Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and consultants
  • Manage project cost, schedule, risk, and quality in accordance with approved baselines
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements
  • Manage change control, claims, and commercial matters in collaboration with commercial teams
  • Support tender proposals, project handovers, and lessons‑learned reviews
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team capability development

Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 15 years’ experience in managing advanced manufacturing or large scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required
