About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your mission during this 18-month maternity leave cover is to ensure that new product features are ready to go to market and that our teams are fully equipped with the resources they need. You will play a critical role in aligning the organization with the needs of our buyers, keeping the entire company informed about our product's unique value propositions and the benefits of new innovations. Your work will be central to ensuring that our customer-facing teams and partners have the knowledge and materials to effectively communicate the value of our products.
Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS technology companies, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategies. As the primary connection point between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, your communication skills, enthusiasm, and ability to work cross-functionally will be essential.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for Tier 1-4 product releases.
- Lead cross-functional project meetings and manage Asana projects.
- Optimize the new product introduction (NPI) process for alignment between product and GTM efforts.
- Run monthly enablement syncs, create content, and manage guest speakers.
- Maintain and update the Enablement Hub, including sales collateral and training materials.
- Create and update sales/partner collateral, such as one-pagers and sales decks.
- Provide competitive intelligence through battlecards, competitor comparisons, and other tools.
- Write and maintain website content, including feature pages, product blogs, and product announcements.
- Manage and execute bi-annual product spotlight campaigns and support quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the connection point between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Hold regular 1:1s with Product Managers to align on feature readiness.
- Collaborate with the Field GM and broader marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with sales and marketing objectives.
- Support the delivery of PMM elements for quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Assist with RFPs by creating sample checkouts and providing tailored responses, where applicable.
About You
- 5-8 years product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS technology company
- Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact
- Experience in crafting positioning, personas, and packaging products
- Are able to operate independently across a set of cross-functional partners
- Experience performing competitive market analysis
- Ability to interpret results to action improvements
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling content. A knack for messaging to different audiences and collaborating with sales and other cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain interdepartmental relationships
- Preferably experience with industry analysts
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology or relevant field of study
