About the role

We are expanding our product suite to support validator operations and staking at scale across 500+ blockchain protocols. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in software development, validator infrastructure, staking mechanisms, and distributed systems to lead product strategy and execution for this high-impact area.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of validator orchestration and staking management features.
  • Understand user pain points and workflows for running validator nodes and participating in staking networks.
  • Develop product features for orchestrating deployment, monitoring, uptime management, key management, slashing protection, and reward reporting.
  • Collaborate with validator operators, staking providers, and internal engineering teams to gather insights and requirements.
  • Translate user needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
  • Plan and prioritize development work using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to balance capacity with impact
  • Analyze product and technical metrics to drive continuous improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Web3, cloud, or staking-related infrastructure domains.
  • Deep knowledge of validator lifecycle, slashing risks, downtime, double-signing, and other operational concerns.
  • Understanding of staking models including validator-as-a-service, distributed validator technology (DVT), restaking, and liquid staking.
  • Experience with validator tooling: orchestration, monitoring, remote signing, metrics collection.
  • Strong understanding of system design, CI/CD, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Comfortable writing and reading SQL or scripts to work with technical teams effectively.
  • Proven track record using Scrum or Kanban to manage product development.
  • Strong data literacy, including defining KPIs, querying data, and running experiments.
  • Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., YouTrack, Notion, design and observability platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.


Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools for research, documentation, and data analysis.
  • Experience working in highly technical infrastructure teams.
