About The Team What You'll Be DoingWhat We Look For In YouNice-To-Haves
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.
The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.
- Responsible for listing/delisting process, and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and risk management of token listing/delisting activities.
- Responsible for listing related marketing; Collaborate with BDs, local market managers and other teams to ensure effective execution.
- Gather user insights and identify the latest trends/topics in the Crypto/Web3 industry, bringing positive influence to the product roadmap.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support business growth and product optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with token listing & other web3 business teams to develop effective growth strategies.
- Through the analysis of data and feedback from our customers, identify feasible listing strategies that can help us improve new user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Team management.
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy / Product Management.
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Computer Science/Engineering related with MBA as an added bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong interest in the Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team management experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
- Familiar with Crypto Trading or Web3 industry.
- Prior experience in leading a project team independently.
