ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek an entrepreneurial and highly proactive Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the creation, development, and commercialization of our AI Products. This pivotal role provides a rare opportunity to join and build the founding team at our new Singapore office and closely collaborate with our team in Shenzhen. In this role, you will lead critical user research to identify and prioritize solutions across various industries, especially with the highly professional scenarios like healthcare, legal, finance, and on-the-go sales.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial professional with several years of experience in building and scaling enterprise software, preferably with an engineering background before moving into product management. You should have a proven track record of delivering software platforms or services to enterprise customers and driving go-to-market strategies from conception through launch. A deep understanding of LLMs and their applications is essential. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience and interest in agentic enterprise software, cloud, APIs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are highly valued.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Combine market research, user research, and data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.

  2. Oversee the entire agentic product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring excellent product market fit and valid value creation.

  3. Lead the development and implementation of automation and API integrations to enhance our product capabilities and user experience.

  4. Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion plans.

  5. Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing engineering team

  6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functions between the Shenzhen and San Francisco teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

  2. Builder at heart: 5+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software. Some years of engineering experience are a plus before becoming a PM.

  3. Proven track record: Strong experience envisioning, building, and delivering software platforms/products/services to enterprise customers and driving GTM strategy, pricing, adoption, and usage from product conception to delivery.

  4. Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.

  5. Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.

  6. Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  8. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
