- As the product owner of OKX options trading, you will set business goals and achieve OKRs set within the wider trading product
- You will help Identify traders' painpoints and ideate innovative solutions, to improve overall trading experience & increasing trading volume of options product.
- Crossfunctionally, you will collaborate with different stakeholders and grow the options ecosystem, including but not limited to market makers, structured product issuers.
- Together with the team, you will own the end to end product lifecycle, which involves planning, research, analysis and executing the development plan to bring product to launch
- Posess a strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the trading domain
- Bachelors degree in business/finance/computer science is preferred
- Possess solid product development design and project management skills
- You have great logical thinking and communication skills
- You are proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback and work well in a team setting
- Ability to drive and lead projects independently
- Possess a strong understanding in the crypto options trading product landscape
- Team Management experience
- You have past trading experience as a self-employed trader or full-time trader
