About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product design and project management for finance systems. This role will focus on executing products for financial reporting systems and financial automation systems, working closely with finance, technology, and business teams to deliver financial digitization projects.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Product Requirements Management
    1. Deeply understand finance business requirements, communicate with finance and business teams to collect and analyze requirements
    2. Write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD), including functional design, business processes, data field definitions, etc.
    3. Manage requirement priorities, balance business needs with technical implementation
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration
    1. Collaborate with Finance team to ensure product design meets financial and audit requirements
    2. Work with Data Warehouse team to clarify data integration solutions and technical implementation paths
    3. Collaborate with Engineering team to track development progress and ensure on-time delivery
    4. Coordinate resources across business systems, data warehouse and other stakeholders to drive project progress
  3. Project Management
    1. Manage multiple parallel projects, track project progress and milestones
    2. Identify project risks and blockers, coordinate timely resolution
    3. Organize project meetings, sync project status, drive decision-making
    4. Manage product launch process, including acceptance testing and release
  4. Product Execution
    1. Responsible for product feature design and optimization, including report configuration, data aggregation, filtering functions, etc.
    2. Participate in technical solution reviews to ensure feasibility and reasonableness
    3. Follow up on product development, testing, and launch processes
    4. Collect user feedback and continuously optimize product experience
  5. Documentation and Communication
    1. Write and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, meeting minutes, weekly reports, etc.
    2. Report project progress and key decisions to management
    3. Collaborate with cross-timezone teams to ensure information synchronization
 
What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with finance systems or B2B products
  • Basic knowledge of finance/accounting, understanding of financial reports, chart of accounts, booking rules, etc.
  • Technical understanding to discuss technical solutions with engineering and data warehouse teams
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to coordinate multiple resources to drive projects
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (working languages)
  • Project management capabilities, able to manage multiple parallel projects
  • Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment with resilience
 
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in fintech, digital asset exchanges, or finance system products
  • Experience with data products, reporting systems, or automation systems
  • Familiar with SQL, able to understand data structures and data flows
  • Experience working with cross-timezone teams
  • Experience with audit or compliance-related products
