About The Team
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.
We are seeking a senior trading product manager to join the Global Trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our new product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of global traders in the opportunity discovery phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end trading experience along the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade user journey.
- Conduct competitor analysis, user research and market research, identifying the pain points and needs of traders with staying informed of the overall market landscape.
- Innovate products, define and deliver product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to empower the global trading business.
- Define and analyze product performance metrics to guide product development.
- Drive the entire product development process from research, and design to launching, collaborate with designers, UX researchers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and drive global product launches.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
- Solid years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology.
- Possess a decent knowledge of trading, including but not limited to charting, market and macro data, order execution and management, trading analysis.
- Possess a decent knowledge of crypto, including but not limited to on-chain data, community and social media content, crypto news.
- Data-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
Nice-To-Haves
- Proficient in English language, Chinese Language is an added bonus but not a requirement (to work cross functionally with the tech team).
