The Senior Product Manager, Campaign Operations will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and improve user experiences. They will collaborate across teams and refine operational processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate campaign-related marketing campaigns. Collaborate with BDs, local market managers and other teams to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Optimize campaign settings to improve conversion rates with a data-driven approach.
- Improve user experience and backend system to attract inbound traffic.
- Responsible for the daily execution of campaigns, working closely with technical and business teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Strengthen and improve the foundational product infrastructure of the campaign lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and refine product operational processes to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and risk management of campaign activities.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a good track record of collaborating across teams such as sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics.
- Possess a strong interest in the Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry.
- Good logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership.
