About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️. That’s why we’ve spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 100 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that’s striving to become the planet’s go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍.

Our vision? To be the world’s number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that’s what got us here)

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics Team. You will work with Product and Engineering Teams and help them understand user behaviour, run effective experiments and make informed decisions to accelerate Skyscanner growth and ensure we’re building the right product for our users.

With millions of users engaging with our work daily, your mission will be to use data to shape what’s next — not just analyse what’s already happened. You’ll bring sharp analytical thinking, storytelling excellence, and a collaborative mindset to our fast-moving, ambitious environment.

You’ll join the analytics team focused on Non-Flights verticals (Cars, Accommodations and Packages) — dynamic, high-growth areas where analytics plays a critical role in unlocking value, shaping strategy, and guiding the evolution of Skyscanner’s products.

What you’ll be doing

  • Shaping product strategy: Partner with Product to uncover user behaviour insights that influence roadmaps and priorities.
  • Turning ambiguity into answers: Identify the right problems, refine hypotheses, dig into the data, and land clear recommendations teams can act on.
  • Experimenting with purpose: Design, run and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments — and make sure learnings travel far and wide.
  • Defining success: Create success metrics and targets across the user journey, then build reporting that keeps everyone aligned.
  • Finding the “aha!” moments: Use exploratory analysis (alongside User Research) to spot opportunities that improve the traveller experience.
  • Making insights irresistible: Present findings to stakeholders with strong storytelling, crisp writing, visuals and clear recommendations effectively.
  • Building analytics foundations: Define and build datasets, dashboards and self-serve tools that help teams move faster,  actively contributing to building a data-driven, user-centric culture across the company.

 About you

  • Product analytics proven: You’ve spent 2~4 years in a product analytics role and have influenced product decisions with actionable insights.
  • Experimentation fluent: You understand experimental design, statistical concepts, and how to interpret results with confidence (and appropriate caution).
  • SQL strong: You write solid SQL and you’re comfortable using Python (or similar) to analyse large datasets.
  • Visualisation savvy: You can build dashboards and tell a story with data, ideally with tools like Tableau (or similar platforms).
  • A clear communicator: You explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences without losing the plot — or the audience.
  • Proactive and curious: You enjoy open-ended problems, spot opportunities early, and bring thoughtful solutions.
  • Collaborative operator: You’re great with stakeholders, comfortable juggling priorities, and you make cross-functional work feel… oddly smooth.

What it’s like here

  • The opportunity to work alongside and learn from other talented Analysts, Data Scientists, User Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers and other colleagues to grow your career.
  • An inclusive and supportive team where different perspectives are valued.
  • A true data-driven culture: Skyscanner doesn’t just talk about data — we act on it. Your insights will directly influence high-stakes decisions.
  • Direct impact: opportunity to play an active role in shaping the growth and direction of Skyscanner’s fastest-growing verticals and influence the experience of millions of travellers.

We are the real deal— no corporate gloss, no empty promises. Just a team of genuinely curious, caring humans ❤️, building things that help travellers explore the world a little easier 🧭.

Skyscanner is made up of brilliant humans from every corner of the world. We believe travel makes the world better — and that the same is true of our diverse teams. We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and products that are accessible to all ✨.

Sound like your kind of adventure? 🚀 Apply now and help us shape the future of travel.

We’re committed to ensuring our application and recruitment processes are inclusive and accessible to everyone. If you require any reasonable adjustments or accommodations for interviews, and/or wish to apply under the Disability Confident scheme, please let your recruiter know. If you’d like more information on any of our policies, such as hybrid working or Parental Leave policies (typically we pay a minimum of 24 weeks birth parent/maternity leave globally), our recruitment team can provide more information on these.
