About The OpportunityOKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Lead to focus on creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, and other VIP customer segments.
You will spearhead the overall strategy and product planning for the VIP product line, driving customer lifecycle management, personalized services, and continuous optimization of system functionalities to enhance customer growth, retention and platform AUM (Assets Under Management).
- Define and own VIP product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Products, Engineering, Growth, Ops and Local teams).
- Partner with Local Markets to develop and align go-to-market plans and scalable playbooks.
- Develop scalable VIP growth tools (e.g., trial programs, incentive mechanics).
- Manage VIP lifecycle processes and engagement programs.
- Define KPIs, measure performance, analyze product usage and ROI; iterate based on data insights.
- 5+ years in product management/strategy with a strong crypto background.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
- Familiarity with wealth management, trading products, OTC, or institutional workflows.
- Excellent communication; Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is required to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders based in chinese-speaking markets.
- Ability to act independently, take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication and data-driven decision capability.
- Problem solver, strong self-learner with sharp logical thinking.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, statistics, business, marketing).
