Responsibilities:
- Manage high-complexity escalations with significant customer impact.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for specific products or domains.
- Work with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps.
- Deliver training to presales engineers on common escalation scenarios.
Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Deep knowledge of product architecture and deployment strategies.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
