Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-complexity escalations with significant customer impact.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for specific products or domains.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Deliver training to presales engineers on common escalation scenarios.

Skills/Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of product architecture and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship abilities.
