A Snapshot 

As a Senior Pre-Flight Program Manager based in our HQ in Singapore, you will report to the Senior Director, PMO & Pre-Flight PM and collaborate with teams and leadership across Asia Pacific, making your mark in a number of ways: 

  • Oversee the technical project management of AirTrunk’s Pre-Flight asset delivery projects. 
  • You will assume project management ownership of multiple high value projects (totalling hundreds of millions) from inception and drive them towards realisation at contract execution. 

*Please note this is NOT a role in IT/finance/banking project/program management. 
 

Your Day to Day  

  • Lead and facilitate pre-flight meetings and reporting to the project team, management and the executive leadership team right up to the CEO.  
  • Planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting against the committed programme until contract execution and handover to the AirTrunk Construction Management Team to manage the construction phase onwards. 
  • Liaise and coordinate with project team and stakeholders to ensure timely identification and resolution of project risks and issues.  
  • Tailoring bespoke end-to-end schedules based on obtaining requirements, commitments and coordinating resources from across the business (Finance & Commercial, Corporate Services, Safety, Technical, Development and Operations verticals). 
  • Assist in continued improvement of program management framework and processes.   


Requirements  

  • 7+ years' project management experience working with a data centre, mission critical or large electrical/mechanical infrastructure development or construction projects.  
  • Project/Program Management Certification (Prince2, PMI etc) and/or a bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management or engineering.   
  • Exceptional stakeholder management.  
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, documenting requirements and driving alignment and delivery across the business.  
  • Flexible and forward-thinking as you have to be ready for a continuous change in direction.  
  • Results-focused and a “get things done” approach.  
  • Prepared to travel across APAC as required.
