The Opportunity
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Digital Planner with deep expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and hands-on experience across multiple performance channels including Paid Social and Programmatic. In this client-facing role, you will lead digital campaign planning and execution across a portfolio of hotel and resort brands, driving measurable results such as direct bookings, revenue, and guest engagement.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can own SEM strategy while understanding how to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns to support full-funnel objectives in the fast-paced hospitality space.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead SEM planning and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword strategy, bidding models, A/B testing, and landing page alignment.
- Develop integrated performance media plans that combine SEM with channels such as Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Programmatic (DV360, TTD, etc.).
- Manage a high volume of campaigns across multiple hotel brands, regions, and seasonal windows with precision and attention to local market nuances.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, confidently presenting strategies, performance results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, revenue management, creative, and strategy to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize toward business KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, direct booking volume).
- Provide detailed reporting, insights, and optimization roadmaps during regular stakeholder and client meetings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to bring innovation and efficiency to every campaign.
Ideally you have
- 4–6+ years of experience in performance media planning, with a strong emphasis on SEM.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel digital performance strategies, including Paid Social, Display, and Metasearch in the hospitality or travel sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume campaign portfolios across markets or properties.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred; experience with DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok platforms is a plus.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical performance concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel/BI tool skills to interpret data and guide optimizations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, detail-focused environment
