Job Responsibilities :We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the dynamic team at Razer.com. The scope includes optimizing performance marketing campaigns across search, social and display channels in our key markets globally to drive high quality traffic & conversions. - Develop and execute paid digital marketing activities for the razer.com ecommerce store, including advertising on search platforms, social media platforms and display platforms alongside our affiliate, email marketing and SEO initiatives.
- Create high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy in line with brand guidelines as part of campaign execution.
- Manage, plan and track advertising budget in accordance with product roadmaps and always-on campaigns to meet revenue objectives.
- Analysis of campaign results and effectiveness and discover actionable insights for campaign strategies across our target audiences and communicating performance to key stakeholders.
- Adopt a data-driven approach in decision-making to improve the overall strategy, tactics, and performance.
- Ability to conceptualise digital assets for campaigns and work with creative team on asset creation for all digital marketing channels, i.e. banners, videos, text ads, dynamic ads and more.
- Close collaboration with email-marketing, affiliate marketing, product managers, category managers and across different business units.
- Stay abreast of best practices and latest trends in social media, digital marketing, web analytics, digital content and campaign management to identify new marketing platforms/opportunities.
Pre-Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within digital marketing.
- Practical experience in placing Search Ads, Social Ads, Display Ads, Programmatic Ads.
- Experience with DV360 and other Google Stacks.
- Experience in media planning and execution on an international / global level.
- Experience within ecommerce metrics and KPIs.
- Analytical skills to interpret and present data to high-level stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Time management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously.
