ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Performance Manager serves as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for our key clients. This strategic role demands an individual who excels at effective communication and building relationships that foster mutual growth.

You will act as a strategic consultant and business partner to clients, identifying opportunities, recommending new initiatives, and guiding them through comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Programmatic channels. You will also provide expert advice on advertising and creative work, ensuring campaigns are not only high-performing but also align with the client’s brand, audience, and overall business objectives.

Your ultimate goal is to ensure every project delivers measurable business impact while upholding Kaliber’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Client Strategy & Partnership (40%)

  • Serve as the main strategic advisor for clients, ensuring Kaliber’s solutions are aligned with their business goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and service expansion.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and performance presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative recommendations on media strategy, creative direction, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Advise on campaign structure, objectives, optimization strategies, and ad structure, leveraging best practices and channel expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, media plans, and presentations for new business and project opportunities.
  • Keep clients informed about new technologies, tools, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in digital trends.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Delivery Oversight (30%)

  • Oversee performance across all digital marketing channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Programmatic (DV360).
  • Conduct quality checks on campaign setup, tracking, and creative deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with the Performance team to identify scaling opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and present findings or recommendations to clients proactively.
  • Extract and interpret performance data to prepare client reports and insights as needed.
  • Possess basic knowledge of troubleshooting tracking and measurement issues, ensuring proper event setup and validation across platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
  • Maintain a strong performance marketing background, including the ability to execute, review, audit campaigns, pull platform data, and prepare reports.

Media Planning & Execution (15%)

  • Develop integrated media plans that align with client business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Recommend optimal channel mix, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Ensure cohesive execution across touchpoints by aligning with Creative, Performance, and Data teams.
  • Review and advise on creative concepts, messaging angles, and ad formats based on best practices.

Project & Relationship Management (15%)

  • Oversee the entire project delivery lifecycle, from briefing and production to QA, reporting, and next steps.
  • Manage deliverables across Performance, Creative, and Data teams, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to overcome challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure clear communication internally and externally, balancing client satisfaction with business sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate billing for retainers and out-of-scope charges.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing within a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Data Studio) and campaign tracking fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign execution and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, characterized by attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach.
  • A collaborative team player capable of translating business needs into actionable plans.
  • Proven experience with Project Management software (bonus points if you’re a ClickUp pro!)
  • Exceptional written, spoken, and presentation skills that bring clarity and excitement to your ideas
  • Ready to bring your A-game and collaborate with stakeholders from across the board
