We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Senior People & Culture Executive to support and strengthen our HR operations across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia. This role combines HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, office administration, and compliance responsibilities.

You will play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding — while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with local employment regulations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and detail-oriented, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibility:

Recruitment &

  • Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer and employment contracts preparation and onboarding arrangements.
  • Work-Pass Administration: Handle the full lifecycle of Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and compliance with MOM regulations
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, HR documentation, IT and system access, insurance enrolment, asset management, and exit interviews.
  • Payroll & HR Operations: Support monthly payroll operations across Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, including payroll inputs, claims, leave tracking, statutory submissions, payroll reporting, and coordination with payroll vendors.
  • Employee Experience & HR Support: Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, training coordination, performance review processes, and employee relations matters.
  • Office Administration & Facilities Management: Oversee daily office administration and facilities management, including pantry supplies, office maintenance, seating arrangements, vendor coordination, courier services, and workplace upkeep.
  • Compliance, Vendor & Licence Management: Monitor and manage HR-related licences (e.g., bizSAFE, Fire Safety Certificate), subscriptions, insurance policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to employment laws, MOM regulations, PDPA, workplace safety, and company policies.
  • Process Improvement & Projects: Support HR process improvements, HRIS enhancements, audits, ESG initiatives, administrative reporting, and other ad-hoc HR and operational projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment practices, payroll processes, CPF/IRAS submissions, and MOM work pass regulations.
  • Experience supporting regional HR operations across multiple countries is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Experience coordinating employee engagement activities or company events is preferred.
