Title and Summary
Director | Agent Suite - Technical Program Management
About Mastercard Agent Suite
Mastercard Agent Suite is a suite of services for building, testing, and deploying agentic AI at enterprise scale - drawing on Mastercard's payments expertise, proprietary technology, and a global network of 4,000 advisors. Solutions Integration is in the early stages of an Agent Suite Services capability that will define enterprise agentic AI deployment at scale. Those who join now will shape what it becomes.
The Role
The Solutions Integration Director, Technical Program Management is the Versatile Steward of every Agent Suite engagement in your market - the person who carries the integrity of the engagement from the first scoping conversation through structured production handover. You guard the SOW, the engagement's governance, and the project's vision and mission against the drift every long programme produces. You support the full pre-sales cycle, run multiple system integrator engagements concurrently, hold each vendor
honest, and free the Solutions Architect to focus on design rather than red tape. You build governance by establishing and sustaining it, not by writing memos about it. Every engagement is delivered through a POD - a paired unit where the Solutions Architect and the TPM amplify each other. The Solutions Architect is the standing technical authority, including architecture decisions, reviews, and the action plan that translates the architecture for the system integrator. The TPM team drives the commercial and delivery engine - pre-sales engagement support, scoping, proposal coordination, SOW integrity, and multi-vendor governance - with the Solutions Integration Director orchestrating across all of them. The architecture and the action plan are the technical foundation; you support building the commercial frame around them and defend it through delivery.
Operating with Excellence and Integrity
Mastercard has built its reputation by serving clients in highly regulated industries. Where autonomous systems act on behalf of people and organizations, that responsibility is amplified. Compliance with our policies and our clients' regulatory environments is the standard against which every delivery decision is measured. Mastercard's capacity to operate at the frontier of agentic AI depends entirely on the trust it has earned and continues to protect.
What You Will Do
Engage and Deliver• Support the full pre-sales cycle - demonstrating the prototyping tool live, coordinating proposal development, and integrating the Solutions Architect's architecture and action plan into the commercial proposal• Run multiple system integrator engagements concurrently - holding each vendor honest on scope, dependencies, and the boundaries of Mastercard's intellectual property• Guard the SOW as a living governance instrument with feedback loops, retrospectives, and clear ownership baked in - protecting the engagement's vision and mission against drift• Carry primary delivery accountability from POC sign-off through structured client handover - maintaining programme plans, RAID logs, and escalation frameworks with the rigour to surface issues
early and the judgment to keep process proportionate to the work
Sense and Signal• Serve as a primary intelligence source - embedded across client and vendor environments, translating field experience into structured feedback for product, engineering, GTM, and partnerships, and surfacing risks before they become programme-level• Monitor the effectiveness of delivery models, partner relationships, and cost structures - escalating where adjustments are warranted
Navigate and Reconcile• Brief executive stakeholders at Mastercard and the client on programme health, commercial impact, and strategic risk with the credibility that comes from genuine ownership• Reconcile commercial and contractual tensions between vendors, Advisors delivery teams, client teams, and Mastercard product - bringing critical thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to influence to resolve issues at source, and the steering instinct to know when to escalate and when to de-escalate• Operate with composure across the dynamic environment in which Strategy, GTM, Product, Operations, and Partnerships are evolving simultaneously
What We Are Looking For
We Relentlessly Care About the What and About the How• Decency Quotient. Not a values statement - it is how we operate. We hire for IQ, EQ, and DQ in equal measure.• Versatility. You move credibly between pre-sales, vendor governance, executive briefings, and delivery. The engagement is the unit of work, and you carry it across every register the work demands.• Commercial and contractual instincts. You read SOWs the way an engineer reads code - with an eye for what is implied as much as what is stated, and a disciplined instinct for where scope expansion and dependencies surface. You hold the line and protect the relationship at the same time.• Bias to action and accountability without ego. Agent Suite Services is being built in real time. You build cadences and governance frameworks by doing the work, you own outcomes - successful and difficult - and you keep transparency above perception management• Giver's mindset. You invest in your teammates and contribute to a culture where collective resilience matters as much as individual excellence.
Technical Requirements• Demonstrated track record delivering complex technology programmes in financial services, fintech, or enterprise AI - including at least one AI, data platform, or API integration programme in a regulated environment• Strong track record managing multiple system integrator or vendor engagements in parallel - with the commercial sharpness to recognize scope expansion, hidden dependencies, and IP risk before they become programme-level issues• Working understanding of agentic AI, cloud architecture, and API integration - sufficient to follow technical conversations, demo the prototyping tool credibly to clients, and recognize when a question is best escalated to the Solutions Architect• Professional fluency in English
What Will Set You Apart• Experience supporting pre-sales for technical or AI-enabled products -including live tool demonstrations, scoping workshops, and proposal coordination - in an enterprise B2B context• Track record of building delivery process from the ground up in a Year-Zero or early-stage practice environment, where governance and vendor management cadences had to be designed rather than inherited• Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, PCI-DSS) and the equivalent national frameworks of the markets served
Why Now
Agent Suite is live and first client commitments are contractual. The Solutions Integration Directors who establish a track record of trust-grade engagements during this formative period will be at the centre of one of Mastercard's most consequential strategic investments - with the visibility, responsibility, and impact that comes with it.
Corporate Security Responsibility
All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:
  • Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
