The Senior Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic marketing leader responsible for driving growth with Dell Technologies, one of Microsoft's most important device partners in APJC. As the primary marketing advisor to the partner, you will shape joint business strategy, lead long-term planning, and manage multi-million-dollar marketing investments that advance shared commercial objectives.


In this role, you will align priorities, investments, and full-funnel marketing programs to accelerate adoption of Copilot+ PCs, Windows 11, and AI-powered experiences. Working across Microsoft sales, product marketing, category, finance, and partner executive teams, you will deliver integrated go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, market share growth, and measurable business impact. Success requires strong business acumen, executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence and lead across complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities
  • Drive partner strategy and growth: Develop and influence partner-focused business and marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, manage investments, and align plans to KPIs, revenue objectives, market trends, and partner priorities.
  • Leverage data and insights: Analyze performance metrics, ROI, competitive intelligence, and partner data to measure success, identify risks and opportunities, generate actionable insights, and optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Lead partner engagement and go-to-market execution: Build executive-level partner relationships, drive solution launches, execute partner experiences and marketing programs, enable partner readiness, and accelerate co-sell demand generation through sales plays and partner-to-partner collaboration.
  • Manage operations, governance, and cross-functional alignment: Ensure compliance with policies and investment practices, coordinate across internal stakeholders, resolve escalations, advocate for partner needs, and align engineering, marketing, sales, and business teams to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, business development, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner leadership teams.
  • Experience managing complex partner relationships and navigating matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience using business insights, performance metrics, and ROI frameworks to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing investments and budget accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the PC, OEM, commercial device, consumer electronics, cloud, or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of Windows ecosystem, AI-powered devices, Copilot experiences, and modern workplace solutions.
  • Experience leading regional or global partner marketing programs.
  • Track record driving transformation initiatives, operational excellence, or marketing modernization efforts.
  • MBA or equivalent business leadership experience.
