Mission Statement:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Expert with a hands-on mentality and strong background in Transformer Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational excellence across our facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support our strategic goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product line and factory managers to develop and facilitate programs, projects, goals, and metrics that enhance manufacturing performance. Drive synergies among the transformer manufacturing facilities in the region.

  • Provide guidance and support in overseeing transformer manufacturing processes, managing resources efficiently, and implementing best practices to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost (SQDIC) targets.

  • Work closely with the Global Product Group Operations team to implement best practices and ensure the adoption of the latest manufacturing technologies across the APMEA region.

  • Lead and oversee manufacturing automation and digitalization projects to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance production capabilities.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required specifications.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to transformer manufacturing to identify areas for improvement.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations management, factory management, or related roles.

  • Hands-on mentality and deep understanding of the power transformer manufacturing environment.

  • Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex organizations.

  • Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and change self and others.

  • This role may require travel within the HUB APMEA region, up to 35%.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
