Job Description

Sales (Business Banking) is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans. The Business Banking area is responsible for providing banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to institutions with mid-range annual revenues. Covers activities related to providing banking loan products and advice to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, to the largest corporations. Includes major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate account opening for corporate clients to provide a positive banking experience
  • Identify potential high-value clients to build revenue growth and deposits
  • Work with external partners to build and grow relationships for leads generation
  • Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes
  • To manage portfolio of Business Banking clients. To cross-sell and up-sell and maintaining good relationship with existing and prospective clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a recognised degree in a relevant field
  • Possess an outgoing personality with good communication skills
  • Driven and motivated with a customer-centric attitude
  • Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details
