Job Description

• Define and setup Job flow in Control-M across multi-platform systems( Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows)
• Check daily job scheduled and liaise with Vendors on incidents and problems related to Control-M
• Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized adhoc requests
• Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control-M upon escalation
• Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients
• Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues
• Flexibility and Availability to work for production support during early morning/late evening/ night hours and weekends

Job Requirement

• Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT related field.
• One must have Control-M Workload Automation / Job Scheduling hands-on experience of at least 1 to 2 years; preferably Version 9.x
• Experience in using Control-M utilities for AS400 , Mainframe , Open system (Unix and Windows) platform
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Operations support and monitoring
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to extend work on weekends as and when required
