Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented member to join our team. The successful candidate will support various daily operations of the Group Finance Business Management team, drive the planning and execution of the people development and engagement activities and contribute to project logistics.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative support in the day-to-day running of the team
- Plan and execute daily operational tasks and processes to deliver the training program for GFCS
- Plan and execute the GFCS engagement activities and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure event objectives are met
- Conduct research on relevant topics, compile data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
- Manage the GFCS intranet website and related internal communications
- Assist as project administrator for GFCS strategic projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
