Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Media Activation Executive to manage and execute biddable display, video and programmatic campaigns for Google Store APAC. This is an activation-heavy, client-facing role focused on campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Work with offshore team to build and launch paid display, video and programmatic campaigns. 
  • Set up campaign structures: audiences, ad sets, budgets, bidding strategies, creative trafficking.
  • Manage daily campaign optimization: adjust budgets, pause underperforming ads, scale winners, refine targeting.
  • Execute A/B testing: creative variations, audience segments, placements, messaging, bidding strategies.
  • Traffic and QA all ads: ensure correct links, UTM parameters, creative specs, brand compliance before launch.
  • Manage monthly media budgets: daily pacing against planned
  • Coordinate with creative team on ad production needs: brief formats, specs, provide performance feedback.

Client Management & Reporting:

  • Manage client’s reporting tasks (i.e. creative reports, audience reports, weekly reports, launch/promo reports) and deliver clear insights, recommendations and next steps
  • Manage campaign timelines and client approvals for ad creative and campaign launches.
  • Respond to client requests and questions quickly and professionally.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations confidently.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily across all platforms using native dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Track media metrics: CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, reach
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis with actionable learnings for future activations.
  • Create performance reports with clear data visualization and strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in paid digital media with hands-on campaign management experience across Google Ads and DV360.
  • Agency background preferred.
  • Proven track record managing significant budgets and complex multi-market campaigns.

Platform Expertise:

  • Experience in managing Google Ads and DV360 campaigns from end-to-end (i.e. budget & audience planning, set up and reporting)
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360 for ads trafficking

Technical Skills:

  • Campaign setup, trafficking, and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Audience building: custom audiences, lookalikes, interest/behavioral targeting.
  • Conversion tracking and ad tags implementation.
  • Budget management and pacing.
  • A/B testing methodologies.
  • Analytics and reporting (Google Suite proficiency required – e.g. Google Sheet).

Client-Facing Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with large volume of data and processing them into clear, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Professional, responsive, organized.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have:

  • Google Ads Display / Google Ads Video / DV360 certification.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Gained certification on Google Ads Display, Video, DV360, CM360 etc.
  • Familiarity with the Google Store ways of working and manage campaign executions and reporting.

In six months:

  • Be able to manage offshore team and independently handle campaign deliverables and deadlines.

In 12 months:

  • Be comfortable assisting the Display lead in developing testing proposals for the channels
  • Confident in presenting to clients for campaign updates and performance

Skills and Experience 

  • Positive attitude and hunger to learn – the digital space is changing rapidly and as part of the Digital Performance team we are expected to be on top of these changes
  • Comfortable using Google sheets, formulas and manipulating dashboards – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by a commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and delivering results despite constraints
  • In addition to demonstrated expertise in display / programmatic channels, candidates with a strong understanding of the overall Digital landscape will be preferred, enabling them to identify cross-channel opportunities and apply complementary, multi-platform strategies aligned with client objectives
