Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

1. 360° Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution (40%)

  • Execute integrated 360° go-to-market marketing campaigns across Samsung's Visual Display portfolio, including TVs, Sound Devices, and Monitors, driving product awareness, consumer engagement, and sales conversion through compelling brand storytelling, digital communications and retail marketing.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across ATL, BTL, retail, owned, paid, and digital touchpoints, including social media, e-commerce platforms, partner channels, influencer collaborations, campaign assets, and consumer-facing content, aligned with Samsung's global brand strategy and local business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Media, Social, PR, Retail, Product, and Sales teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key business initiatives.
  • Drive campaign effectiveness through KPI tracking, performance reporting, and continuous optimisation across media channels, creative assets, audiences, website traffic, and conversion metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage creative, media, social, PR/KOL and CRM agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution while maintaining Samsung's brand standards and governance processes.

2. Channel Partner Management and Execution (30%)

  • Lead the planning and execution of co-branded and channel-led initiatives, including BAU tactical campaigns, double-digit campaigns, and seasonal promotions, to strengthen brand visibility, drive consumer engagement and support commercial performance.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing deliverables for key channel partners, ensuring timely rollout across digital and retail in-store touchpoints
  • Work closely with Product, Retail and Sales teams to align channel marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales conversion goals and consistent brand messaging across partner platforms.

3. Strategic Marketing Initiatives and campaigns (10%)

  • Identify new marketing opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative initiatives that strengthen Samsung's leadership in the Visual Display category and create meaningful consumer engagement.
  • Develop integrated marketing programmes that drive long-term brand equity while delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Support the Visual Display marketing strategy by identifying market trends, competitive insights, and emerging consumer behaviours to inform campaign planning and execution.
4. Additional Responsibilities (20%)
  • Campaign Performance & Strategic Reporting
    Analyse and present campaign effectiveness findings and performance insights to stakeholders, while developing executive-ready reports, POVs, and post-campaign materials with strategic recommendations to support optimisation and business decision-making.
     
  • Ensure Consistent Brand Messaging
    Provide clear direction on marketing messages, campaign positioning, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including PR, ATL/BTL, digital assets, and customer communications.
     
  • Budget Monitoring & Optimisation  Support annual marketing budget planning aligned with business objectives, P&L priorities to drive effective campaign execution.Monitor and manage campaign spending against allocated budgets, identifying opportunities to optimise spend, improve marketing efficiency and maximise overall business impact and ROI.
  • Media & Channel Strategy
    Develop strategic media and channel mix plans, including budget allocation, channel KPIs, and performance evaluations.
     
  • Website & Digital Content  Ensure website and digital content are updated accurately and in a timely manner across campaigns and new product launches, managing content updates across landing pages, campaign microsites, and digital touchpoints. Optimise content for clarity, SEO best practices and alignment with Samsung brand guidelines prior to publication.
  • Production & Asset Management
    Manage the production and delivery of all marketing materials by liaising with media partners, printers, and publishers. Ensure timely rollout and quality control of all assets.
  • Events & Activations
    Collaborate with event teams to maximise Samsung’s visibility at key touchpoints; including conferences, exhibitions, and roadshows by curating relevant product showcases and supporting materials.
  • Creative & Legal Alignment
    Ensure alignment with all ATL creative direction with Samsung’s brand guidelines, while ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met
  • Agility & Ownership
    Embrace new requests and challenges with a solution-oriented mind-set. Proactively identify ways to improve and add value across all marketing functions.
  • Project & Task Management
    Maintain clear timelines for daily tasks and deliverables. Demonstrate strong executional ownership, ensuring high-quality outputs delivered on time and with impact.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min. 2 years of experience in ATL, BTL, digital marketing or integrated marketing communications (IMC) roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills with a good understanding of integrated marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable and able to manage high-volume marketing deliverables with agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong visual communication skills, with an eye for creative storytelling and design aesthetics
  • Organised and resourceful, with strong multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of key digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, digital content strategy, and CRM
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data
