We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Senior Product Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives across our cardiovascular portfolio. This role will play a critical part in driving successful product launches, expanding market access, and accelerating growth across selected Frontier Markets.

You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders, acting as a key bridge between Global Operating Units and local commercial teams, ensuring strategies are effectively translated into execution.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • This role will be responsible for marketing and launch initiatives of the Medtronic portfolio, including Coronary and Renal Denervation.

  • Acts as a liaison between the Global Operating Units in building and executing the strategy for both downstream and upstream activities which includes leading strategic Marketing plans and New Product Launches for the portfolio to achieve revenue, profit and market share targets.

  • Being active member and contributor to build a team of Product marketers across Frontier Markets.

  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.

  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating trade show activities, e-catalogue, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in medical device is required.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic agility

  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
