In this high‑impact regional role, you will drive therapy adoption, elevate clinical practice, and accelerate growth for Stryker’s ischemic portfolio. You will influence strategy, partner with clinicians and in‑country teams, and build programs that enable providers to deliver life‑saving care more effectively. What you will do:

  • Lead regional strategy and execution to accelerate ischemic therapy adoption, driving measurable procedure growth across APAC.
  • Develop and implement APAC-wide therapy development and education programs for physicians and allied healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and regulatory expectations.
  • Strengthen, manage, and expand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships to support therapy adoption, clinical advocacy, and innovation initiatives.
  • Provide regional insights to guide global upstream and downstream strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Localize global marketing tools, messaging, and channel strategies to ensure effective commercial execution across diverse APAC markets.
  • Lead regional sales training programs, driving best‑in‑class onboarding and advanced capability development for ischemic-focused sales teams.
  • Oversee regional business planning, including annual operating plans, budget ownership, financial accuracy, and ROI tracking.
  • Ensure all marketing, education, and clinical engagement activities comply with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards across APAC.

What you need:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in neurovascular sales or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products from concept through launch.
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
  • Regional APAC experience
  • Experience engaging with clinical experts or KOLs.
  • Knowledge of ischemic stroke pathways, workflows, and technology adoption barriers.

Preferred

  • MBA degree.

Travel Percentage: 30%
