Leads strategic internal and external communications for East Asia, including communications planning, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, media relations, content development, issues and crisis communications, change management, and employee engagement. The role manages communication channels, events, agencies, KPIs, and regional initiatives while advising leadership and aligning communications with business objectives.

Leads the East Asia internal controls program, assessing business and financial controls, identifying risks, driving remediation, maintaining risk control documentation, and improving governance processes. Partners with regional Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Compliance, and Technology teams to embed controls, automate activities, and maintain audit readiness. Delivers training and promotes risk management accountability across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the broader region.

Leads APAC financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, close reporting, variance analysis, and business performance management. Partners with regional and country finance teams, translates financial results into actionable insights, manages reporting and data integrity, supports profitability analysis, and drives automation, FP&A transformation, and process improvements. Presents findings to senior stakeholders and coordinates multinational finance deliverables.

Partners with commercial and marketing leaders to plan, forecast, report, and analyze Singapore joint replacement and trauma business performance. Provides financial insights, models risks and opportunities, supports go-to-market strategies, prepares management reports, tracks sales and expenses, and manages budgeting, projections, month-end close, and strategic planning. Improves reporting processes through Power BI, automation, and cross-functional optimization while maintaining financial governance.
