Own APAC financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and business planning. Partner with operations, strategic marketing, country teams, and senior leaders to provide actionable financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, support decision-making, and improve reporting processes through automation. The role requires strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and financial modeling capabilities.

Lead APAC Neurovascular strategic initiatives by defining, prioritizing and executing cross-functional, multi-country programs. Build and scale a regional PMO capability, establish governance, methodologies and toolkits, develop measurable business cases, and drive stakeholder alignment to deliver revenue growth and operational excellence.
