In this regional leadership role, you will shape how hemorrhagic stroke care evolves across Asia Pacific by driving strategy, education, and market development for Stryker’s hemorrhagic portfolio. You will influence therapy adoption, partner with clinical leaders, and bring meaningful innovations to providers treating some of the most challenging neurovascular conditions. What you will do:
- Lead regional strategy and execution to accelerate adoption of hemorrhagic therapies, driving measurable procedure growth across APAC.
- Develop and execute APAC-wide therapy development and education programs for physicians and healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and local regulatory needs.
- Strengthen and manage strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to support therapy adoption, clinical advocacy, and long-term franchise expansion.
- Provide APAC-specific insights to guide global product strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
- Localize global downstream marketing tools, messaging, and channel strategies to maximize regional relevance and commercial effectiveness.
- Support sales capability building by contributing to onboarding programs, advanced training pathways, and complex case support initiatives.
- Lead business planning activities including annual operating plans, budgeting, financial tracking, and ROI evaluation.
- Ensure all marketing, education, and clinical engagement activities meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards across all APAC markets.
What you need:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in neurovascular sales or marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing products from concept through launch.
- Experience working within a matrixed global organization.
- APAC regional experience.
- Experience engaging with clinical experts or KOLs.
- Knowledge of hemorrhagic stroke pathways and interventional neurovascular procedures.
Preferred
- MBA degree.
Travel Percentage: 30%
