  • Serve as a strategic partner to APAC sales teams and Derivatives Market Intelligence team, developing region-specific collateral, sales enablement materials, and educational content that directly supports pipeline development and client engagement.

  • Own the planning and execution of Cboe's presence at regional conferences and industry events in coordination with Brand, Sponsorship, and Marketing Programs.

  • Oversee translation and adaptation of marketing materials for regional languages and market contexts, ensuring consistency with global brand standards.

  • Define regional KPIs, report on campaign performance, and proactively surface market trends, competitive insights, and client feedback to sales and institutional marketing team.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.

  • Minimum of eight years relevant work experience, preferably at a retail brokerage firm or investment management firm.

  • Fluency in one or more Asia-Pacific languages (Chinese, Japanese, Mandarin and/or Korean)

  • Experience running effective multi-channel marketing campaigns for the retail investor audience preferred.

  • Partnership marketing experience, particularly with retail broker dealers, a plus.

  • Knowledge of the financial markets and investing strategies, specifically futures and options, a plus.

  • Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex subject matter into easily understood marketing and educational materials. Knowledge of derivatives a plus.

  • Working knowledge of CRM and e-mail marketing tools a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategy and platforms.

  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Availability for occasional meetings during U.S. and EMEA hours may be necessary.
