Your Role in the Team

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a vibrant community for IG’s existing trading platform and upcoming investment platform in the Singapore market.

With ambitious expansion goals, your expertise in brand partnerships, events management, and creative campaign execution will shape how we engage with traders and investors, driving both user acquisition and retention for IG in Singapore.

We are building something groundbreaking, and we need someone who can leverage growth campaigns, partnerships and events to make our brand stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns for IG’s CFD trading platform to drive user engagement, retention, and growth, while supporting the execution of our go-to-market strategy for the new investment platform, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Drive user acquisition and growth through multi-channel marketing strategies for both products, including digital, offline, and experiential campaigns.
  • Lead media planning and buying across performance, brand, and out-of-home (OOH) media for both the CFD platform and the investment platform, collaborating with media agencies to maximize ROI.
  • Conceptualize, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships to enhance IG’s visibility and user engagement for both the CFD product and the new investment platform in Singapore.
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and offline activations to boost brand awareness and drive user growth for both platforms.
  • Oversee campaign performance for both products, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize growth metrics and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives for both the CFD and investment platforms.
  • Stay informed on fintech, trading, and investment trends to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies for both products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, investment, or app-based businesses.
  • Experience in multi-channel campaign planning, including social media management, brand partnerships, and events management.
  • Strong experience in conceptualizing and managing brand partnerships and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Interest or working knowledge of financial news, trading, or investment products.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and experimentation.
  • A collaborative team player who excels in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching a mobile app or fintech product in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s retail investing landscape and key user segments.
  • Knowledge of regulated financial services or MAS guidelines.
