Overview
As part of the global event team, the Event & Marketing Specialist will play a dual role in driving high-quality event execution and supporting regional marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills, creativity, and data awareness to both event logistics and broader marketing campaigns.
You'll coordinate a wide range of external events-from industry tradeshows and client loyalty events, to roundtables and webinars-while also contributing to digital and traditional marketing campaigns, brand alignment efforts, and performance reporting. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the full marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Event Management (50%)
- Plan and execute a diverse mix of events across APAC, including tradeshows, conferences, and client-focused experiences.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: venue and vendor management, booth design, registration, promotional material sourcing, shipping, and day-of execution.
- Support lead capture systems and post-event processes, including data handoff to Sales, reporting, and campaign integration.
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor event budgets, invoices, and reconciliations in coordination with finance and procurement.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, ensuring a consistent visual and messaging experience in alignment with CSC's brand identity.
Marketing Support (50%)
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, events, social media, and content channels to support business goals.
- Contribute ideas and insights that align with team and business unit objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to add value to campaign planning.
- Apply an understanding of CSC's brand identity and positioning to ensure consistency in all communications and marketing outputs.
- Manage and oversee the official WeChat account, including content planning, publishing, and performance tracking, while serving as the primary liaison with the agency vendor to ensure alignment on content strategy, deliverables, and timelines.
- Analyze marketing and event campaign performance, identify trends, and present observations and recommendations that help tell data-informed "stories."
- Support audience segmentation and targeting efforts based on client behavior and campaign engagement data.
- Conduct competitive research and share insights to help refine messaging, positioning, and targeting strategies.
- Track campaign budgets and recommend spend adjustments to improve ROI.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, campaign support, or related marketing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; confident working with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing campaign performance and drawing actionable insights.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional APAC languages a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region and work flexible hours for events when needed.
