About the Team

Value Management, not one of the most recognised names for a functional team, but you may just find that what this amazingly talented and impactful team can do may actually be the right big next career step for you. Right now we are looking for a Manager to join our team. Senior Management and Strategy Consultants with experience in CHRO and CFO transformation, this one's for you.

About the Role

As a the lead for our Value Management team in ASEAN, you will manage a team of Value Managers, ensuring we support the sales team on their most strategic opportunities across ASEAN while also being engaged on specific accounts which require more executive level support.

Value Managers are part of an elite business consulting team to drive Workday’s growth and success. They are engaged across all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to final presentations to the client team. Internally, we collaborate in cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday’s differentiation throughout the sales cycle. Externally, we collaborate with senior executives at prospective customers to identify business challenges and document and align the impact of Workday's technology to the strategic objectives of the company. Value managers also present cases for change, model ROI, and documenting value realisation. 

Working in close collaboration with sales, solution consultants, professional services teams and marketing, this strategic advisory role offers a great launch pad into one of the fastest growing enterprise technology and SaaS companies in the world. About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Value Management

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience

  • Demonstrated track record as a trusted advisor to C-level business audiences

  • Understanding of software deal dynamics and ability to think strategically about driving software opportunities forward

  • Good understanding of the ASEAN SaaS market

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to develop senior executive level relationships with key stakeholders in ASEAN including internal stakeholders, customers and partners

  • Ability to identify, create and support strategic opportunities and projects that can improve qualified pipeline and VM team improvements

  • You always overachieve. We’re going to want to know how successful you’ve been against KPIs in your most role as past success is a powerful indicator of future success

  • You live by a set of values that align with our own (make sure you look them up). We’re a values based organization and we firmly believe that exceptionally successful professionals can also be great humans

  • Demonstrated people leadership skills

  • Solid track record from a premier management consulting firm or a similar role with a focus on change/transformation 

  • Strategic positioning, developing value propositions, and creating impactful c-level presentations

  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills, communication and persuasion skills

  • Intellectual curiosity & willingness to constantly learn

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think creatively to drive results
