Get to Know the Team

The PMI and Transformation Office sits within the CEO’s Office and tackles high-impact projects across Grab’s business verticals and functions in Southeast Asia. This team leads initiatives such as new business launches, large-scale transformations, and post-merger integrations, while conducting investment reviews and supporting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. The role provides direct exposure to senior leaders and an opportunity to work across diverse business areas, driving strategy and impactful change.

In this role, you will lead critical projects that require navigating business complexities, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.

You will report to the Head, PMI and Transformation Office and works as an Individual Contributor.

This role will be onsite in Grab Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, from defining the project approach based on business needs to coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring.
  • Evaluate pre-merger deal due diligence by assessing synergies, validating deal theses, and preparing comprehensive post-merger integration plans.
  • Lead post-merger integration efforts to monitor milestones across workstreams and achieve value capture targets.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of previous investments to optimize outcomes and drive insights.
  • Perform structured analysis—both quantitative and qualitative—to inform recommendations presented to senior stakeholders.
  • Influence decision-making processes by ensuring alignment with multiple teams and stakeholders throughout project phases.
  • Collaborate as a thought partner to senior stakeholders by providing expertise and meaningful contributions that enhance decision-making and project outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve challenges proactively beyond defined project scopes to ensure sustainable improvement and optimization within the organization.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management expertise to oversee multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning to completion.
  • Experience in data evaluation and informed decision-making.
  • Experienced in post-merger integration, including milestone tracking and delivering value capture targets.
  • Solid stakeholder management for understanding and buy-in across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of deal evaluation and due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience in presenting insights to senior leaders.
