As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, APAC, you are part of our Global HR team to lead the local execution of compensation and benefit activities across all countries in the region in alignment with the overall group strategy.
About You
We’re looking to recruit a Senior Manager of Total Rewards, APAC reporting to the VP, of Total Rewards based in London.
This role also leads large-scale group or regional Total Rewards projects ensuring alignment with Total Rewards priorities and fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices across countries in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
Main Accountabilities
- Act as the bridge between regional HR teams, People Services and global Total Rewards to ensure global consistency in implementation and adherence to corporate standards.
- Partner with regional HR teams to oversee the implementation of key grading, pay or bonus projects, such as large-scale compensation and benefit harmonisation programmes, employee engagement strategies, change management projects or compensation reviews, across the region.
- Collaborate with other Senior HR Managers to proactively develop a long-term regional strategy on union/collectively agreed pay agreements, plant bonus design, test the feasibility of alternatives and share best practices.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on complex challenges within the total rewards discipline, overseeing their resolution and ensuring high-quality outcomes across teams.
- Analyse and report on performance metrics for each team to HR leaders, providing insights and recommendations, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimisation.
- Contribute to the group-wide development and maintenance of policies, frameworks, and tools to standardise practices within the dedicated area of the business, staying up-to-date with current market trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all managed areas, helping to update total rewards practices as needed to comply with local governance and reporting rules.
Performance Measures:
- Timeliness and accuracy of annual pay review and group bonus calculation process
- Employee experience scores on annual reward processes

What You’ll have
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced understanding of the compensation and benefits policies, objectives, and operations. Expert knowledge in job architecture, compensation, benefits and global mobility.
- Advanced communication skills to persuade and influence stakeholders. The role needs to adapt styles and interpret and explain information to different audiences inside and outside the organisation who are not familiar with the subject matter.
- Lead one or more teams of HR professionals within a discipline on cross-functional projects. Accountable for establishing and meeting team targets, collaborating with other business teams, and effectively budgeting for projects.
- Oversee the resolution of complex or unusual issues or conflicts, utilising original thought or unique approaches and sophisticated analytical techniques to guide the development of effective local solutions.
- Proven ability to significantly influence regional/local outcomes through effective decision-making for assigned teams.
