Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, People Partner to join the Pandora People Partner Team in Singapore.
This is a senior individual contributor role and a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders. You will work closely with leaders to shape business and people strategies, build high-performing organisations, strengthen leadership and talent, and enable sustainable business performance.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, organisational effectiveness and people, bringing strong commercial judgement, data-driven insights and deep People expertise to complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Develop a deep understanding of the business, its strategy and operating environment, proactively identifying people and organisational opportunities and risks.
Translate business priorities into clear people strategies and interventions that improve organisational performance and effectiveness.
Use data, business insights and external perspectives to challenge thinking, shape business decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
Partner with leaders to anticipate future capability, talent and workforce needs and build plans to address them.
Organisation & Workforce Effectiveness
Advise leaders on organisational design, operating models, spans and layers, role clarity and workforce composition.
Partner with Workforce Planning and business leaders to shape organisational and workforce decisions that support both immediate priorities and longer-term strategy.
Identify organisational and capability gaps and recommend pragmatic solutions to improve organisational effectiveness.
Support leaders through significant transformation, restructuring and organisational change, ensuring people implications are proactively addressed.
Leadership, Talent & Performance
Coach and challenge senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance and organisational health.
Lead strategic talent conversations, including talent reviews, succession planning and identification of critical roles and key talent.
Identify critical talent, capability and leadership risks and develop targeted strategies to strengthen retention, development and succession.
Partner with leaders and relevant COEs to strengthen performance, career development and leadership capability.
Change & Transformation
Act as a strategic change partner, helping leaders translate business transformation into effective organisational and people change.
Shape the people strategy for major changes, including organisation design, talent implications, stakeholder alignment and change leadership.
Coach leaders to maintain performance, engagement and clarity through periods of uncertainty.
Strategic Execution
Translate people strategies into practical priorities and drive execution of key People initiatives in partnership with leaders and COEs.
Lead selected complex People projects, ensuring clear ownership, alignment and delivery across stakeholders.
Ensure critical talent, organisational and people priorities are effectively embedded within the business.
This role is open to Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs only.
10+ years of progressive HR or HR consulting experience, including significant experience in a strategic People Partner / HR Business Partner role.
Proven track record of partnering with senior and C-level leaders and influencing complex business and organisational decisions.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect business strategy, organisation and people outcomes.
Experience with organisation design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership effectiveness and change management.
Excellent coaching, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge senior leaders.
Strong analytical and data literacy, with the ability to turn people and workforce data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, navigate competing priorities and influence without formal authority.
Strong execution discipline, with the ability to translate strategy into action and deliver complex initiatives through others.
Broad HR expertise across talent, performance, reward, career development, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
Comfortable operating in a global, fast-paced and highly matrixed environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
Experience working across multiple APAC and/or European markets.
Experience in a high-growth, technology, platform or similarly fast-paced environment.
Additional experience in BPO/ Shared Service Centres (SSC) is helpful
