Circle is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to play a key role working on a partner-centric go-to-market strategy in APAC. This role will align with our Distribution Partners, which include companies like Digital Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Apps, Investment Platforms, Remittance and Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs. This role in particular will be mapped to our partners in the APAC region with a heavy focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, and India.
You will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the activation, growth, and success of partner engagements. Your role will focus on developing co-marketing campaigns and consulting our partners on how to best market Circle products to their customers. You will directly collaborate with each partner on marketing strategy, content development, PR and comms, product messaging and positioning, and campaign performance data and reporting.
This is a pivotal role within our go-to-market team that will contribute to key growth objectives including global issuance and utilization of USDC. This role will report to our Sr. Director, Demand Generation who leads overall Partner Marketing.

What you'll work on:
- Act as the key marketing partner in large-scale, enterprise partnership engagements in APAC.
- Implement co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive USDC growth. Typically, these campaigns will be B2B2C or B2B2B campaigns that target our partners' end-users or customers.
- You will be the primary point of contact for our partners' marketing teams, collaborating with them to develop growth hypotheses and campaign plans.
- Help ideate and develop marketing content with partners, including blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns.
- Develop educational resources for our partners, including framework and process docs, and product overview materials.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the results of partner marketing campaigns
- Travel in-region to meet with strategic partners and participate in local ecosystem events with our partners. Given the local marketing focus, you will grow into a local influencer evangelizing our partnerships and products in the region.
What you'll bring to Circle:
- Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience in any combination of the following: Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance or Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development and Partnerships. Experience with B2B or B2B2C financial services is a plus.
- Regional exposure and language : Exposure to doing business in the APAC region.
- Expertise : Deep knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
- Campaign Prowess : Proven experience with campaign management and execution, including developing marketing collateral from the ground up.
- Self-Starter : Highly independent and motivated to dive deep into the tech and learn.
- Structure Builder : Thrives in unstructured environments and builds structure in chaos.
- Collaboration : Experience with driving GTM execution alongside highly cross-functional teams.
- Tech Savvy : Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
- Travel Readiness: An appetite for work travel if and when needed.
- AI Fluency: Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
