Senior Solutions Engineer for APAC partnering with Business Development to lead technical discovery, design enterprise solutions, liaise with product and engineering, support post-sales technical needs, gather market feedback, maintain internal product knowledge, represent Circle at events, and support global solutions engineering initiatives.

Lead APAC partnership adoption and growth for Circle's payments and digital asset products. Manage partner onboarding, launches, operations, and cross-functional coordination. Build executive relationships, define account strategies, drive product adoption and campaigns, and ensure partner success and long-term value.

Serve as the APAC Managing Director's strategic marketing partner to translate business priorities into localized GTM plans, lead regional campaigns, events, partner activations, budget management, performance tracking, and cross-functional execution to drive pipeline and market expansion across APAC.

Lead APAC strategic partnerships and GTM for Circle's products (USDC, payments, blockchain). Own pipeline, negotiate and close high-value deals, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional execution, and drive partner activation and growth with significant travel.

Lead sourcing, onboarding, activation, and commercial management of Beneficiary Financial Institutions on Circle Payment Network (CPN) to drive TPV growth, expand corridors and use cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth partner launches and ongoing optimization.

Conduct end-to-end KYC reviews and enhanced due diligence for corporate customers, monitor transactional activity and red flags, update KYC records, draft escalation memos, partner with stakeholders, track industry AML/fraud trends, and leverage AI tools to improve review efficiency and quality.

Partner with Business Development and Customer Experience to analyze internal and external data, build dashboards and reports, track partner performance, identify customer pain points, drive measurement for strategic initiatives, support CRM data hygiene, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders including senior leadership.
