The Lead KYC Analyst will oversee complex customer onboarding, conduct enhanced due diligence, assess financial crime risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead growth and adoption strategy for USYC by sourcing, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships across exchanges, custodians, prime brokers, asset managers and fintechs. Influence product strategy, launch integrations (yield, treasury, earn), and coordinate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver commercial implementations and expand distribution and utility of USYC.

As a Senior AML Analyst, you will investigate and analyze potential fraudulent activities, file SARs, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance with AML regulations. You will also train other analysts and improve detection models.
