Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic OEM Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts with Dell. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in OEM sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Dell. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow our business with Dell.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at Dell.
  • Negotiate and close Long-Term Agreements, Quarterly RFQ and strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Logistics, Planning, Business Management and others, to ensure alignment and successful execution of on-going business targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to Dell.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in OEM Sales or similar role, with a focus on selling to large enterprise customers like Dell.
  • Insight into PC, Server and NAND Flash industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
