Job Description Summary:
Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) - Design & Creative Excellence (ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit)
Reports to: Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) - ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit
Location: Singapore / Philippines / Thailand / Indonesia / Australia
Job Summary:
ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Operating Unit (OU) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables strategic growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Based in Singapore, this individual contributor role will enable the elevation of Design and Creative Excellence across ASP by translating systems, standards, and frameworks into scalable implementation and measurable execution impact across markets.
This role operationalizes creative strategy, content systems, visual identity, and design craft to ensure brand experiences are distinctive, consistent, and performance-led — connecting creativity, insight, media, and commerce into business outcomes across the IMX model.
Implement and scale the Design & Creative Excellence operating model across markets, embedding principles, workflows, and standards across creative and design disciplines.
Execute and operationalize creative strategy and content frameworks including storytelling structures, modular content systems, and social-first execution models.
Deploy and reinforce visual identity, packaging, VIS, and asset systems, ensuring consistent execution of global and OU brand standards.
Support development and rollout of high-impact creative platforms and content directions aligned to insight and commercial objectives.
Operate components of the creative and design flywheel — spanning concepting, production, adaptation, activation, and learning — ensuring speed and quality of delivery.
Leverage data, digital tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution efficiency, insight usage, and content effectiveness.
Apply creative and design effectiveness measurement frameworks and translate results into actionable improvement plans.
Enable social first, media-connected, and commerce-enabled execution by coordinating with Media, EPICS, and social teams.
Ensure execution compliance with brand safety, legal, regulatory, and responsible marketing standards.
Manage agency and production partner workflows to deliver quality, speed, and cost discipline aligned to standards.
Support investment/DME tracking, utilization monitoring, and benchmarking processes across creative and design delivery.
Ensure disciplined end to end P2P process management across investments, enabling timely execution, financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Facilitate capability uplift by embedding playbooks, reviewing routines, and learning programs across market teams.
Identify and scale emerging tools, formats, and practices into repeatable execution approaches.
Provide execution support for priority initiatives or markets where required.
Collaborate with Global, OU, and Market teams to share learnings and reinforce alignment.
What Success Looks Like: A step-change in consistency, speed, and quality of creative and design execution across markets, with standards widely adopted and capability measurably improved. Creative and design output demonstrates stronger distinctiveness, scalability, and performance impact while operating with greater efficiency and learning discipline.
Experience & Critical Requirements:
8+ years’ experience in marketing, design, creative, or content disciplines
Strong expertise in creative strategy, visual identity, packaging, or content system execution
Experience implementing frameworks or systems across multiple markets or stakeholders.
Proven ability to connect creative and design execution to performance outcomes.
Experience working with digital tools, analytics, or AI-enabled workflows.
Demonstrated agency or production partner management experience.
Experience supporting budget tracking, utilization, or operational efficiency initiatives.
Ability to translate strategic direction into executable actions.
Strong collaboration capability across cross-functional marketing environments
Growth mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Communication focus:
Ability to clearly translate frameworks into practical direction for markets and partners.
Strong collaboration and relationship management across disciplines
Clear articulation of execution outcomes and improvement opportunities
Comfort working within evolving environments and shifting priorities.
Ability to turn feedback and data into actionable improvements.
Ability to promote adoption of improved creative and design practices.
