Job Summary
This role will be an individual contributor position working as a Senior Manager, IMCR & QSE Systems Assurance is responsible for leading QSE systems assurance, technical risk management, and incident and crisis governance across the ASP Operating Unit. The role strengthens system resilience and business continuity by proactively managing risk, ensuring disciplined crisis response, and embedding learnings into standards, capability, and ways of working.
Job description:
The Senior Manager, IMCR & QSE Systems Assurance is responsible for providing confidence in the effectiveness of QSE systems and for leading incident, crisis, and technical risk governance across the ASP Operating Unit.
The role integrates system assurance, technical risk management, and incident/crisis resolution to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate QSE risks, and to ensure disciplined, timely, and effective response when incidents occur.
Acting as mirror GAO auditor for OU
Acting as a subject matter expert and governance authority, the role strengthens system resilience, protects people, product, brand, and business continuity, and embeds learning into standards, capability, and ways of working.
Partner with QSE at the regions, QFS marketplace & HSE governance, franchise functions, bottlers, laboratories, corporate and 3rd party vendors to ensure programs are proactively managed.
Provide necessary support for other QSE strategic priorities and projects.
The position reports directly to the Senior Director, QSE for the ASP Operating Unit and is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management & Crisis Resolution (IMCR)
Lead governance of incident and crisis management across the ASP OU and franchise bottling partners.
Coordinate notification, escalation, and communication during IMCR activations, ensuring clarity, discipline, and speed.
Act as the central coordination point during incidents, ensuring timely information flow, decision alignment, and accurate documentation with OU, bottlers, and corporate teams.
Facilitate crisis calls and ensure consistent execution of IMCR protocols.
Ensure post-incident reviews are conducted, and learnings are embedded into systems, standards, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate with stakeholder for IMCR refreshment training across the functions
QSE Systems Assurance & KORE Governance
Own and govern QSE systems assurance across the ASP OU, including interpretation, deployment, and ongoing governance of KORE requirements and OU-specific technical standards.
Ensure QSE requirements are standardized, fit-for-purpose, current, and accessible to bottlers and OU teams.
Act as the OU focal point for KORE-related updates, ensuring timely communication, alignment, and adoption across markets.
Represent ASP in Corporate forums related to KORE, system assurance, and governance expectations.
GAO Readiness, Assurance & Corrective Action Effectiveness
Lead GAO audit readiness governance across the OU, acting as an internal assurance partner and coach to QFS leads and bottlers.
Conduct pre-GAO reviews, targeted gap assessments, and deep dives to assess plant and system readiness.
Govern corrective action quality and effectiveness, including oversight of CAP timelines, extensions, and closure rigor (execution owned by QFS Directors).
Analyze GAO findings and trends to assess QSE maturity progression at plant, country, and OU levels and identify systemic improvement priorities.
Collaborate with Corporate GAO teams on audit mapping, calibration, and governance alignment.
Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF)
Own and govern deployment of the Technical Risk Management Framework across the ASP Operating Unit.
Ensure consistent identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation of technical risks across raw materials, products, processes, suppliers, and operations.
Facilitate cross-functional technical risk discussions and ensure risk insights inform strategic planning, including TISC Long-Range Planning (LRP).
Work closely with QFS, HSE, and supplier leads to ensure critical risks are acted upon promptly and that learnings are shared horizontally across ASP plants.
Data, Systems & Knowledge Management
Maintain accurate, complete, and current IMCR and TRMF documentation across OU repositories and corporate systems to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
Govern IMCR and risk management databases, ensuring knowledge sharing and governance discipline.
Analyze incident, audit, and risk data to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Capability Building & Preparedness
Lead IMCR trainings, refresher sessions, and simulations across ASP for OU teams and bottlers.
Build capability in risk-based thinking, preparedness, and response discipline across the system.
Support Global Technical Risk Management Network initiatives through local deployment and capability-building activities.
Contribute to broader QSE capability initiatives related to governance, assurance, and culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Risk Management, or related technical discipline.
3–5 years of experience in technical operations and/or QSE systems governance; experience in risk management or incident/crisis management is preferred but not required.
Experience working across multi-country, franchised or bottler-based systems.
Familiarity with QFS, HSE, supplier, regulatory, and people-related risk dimensions.
Credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
