Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced, highly structured Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join the Pandora People Partner Team. On our journey to always deliver amazing experiences, you will serve as a critical strategic and operational anchor for our specialized business units.

You will partner closely with business leaders, our Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Workforce Planning teams to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational efficiency, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and enable employees to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structured Project & Process Execution: Apply a disciplined project management thought process to execute large-scale people initiatives systematically. You will take high-level guidelines from the COE and translate them into crystal-clear, actionable steps, ensuring processes such as performance management and calibration cycles are completed seamlessly, on time, and with minimal friction.

  • Workforce Planning & Blueprint Governance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for your assigned function’s organizational structure. Partner closely with the Business and Workforce Planning teams to maintain a rigorous, real-time "single source of truth" tracking tool for headcount, open roles, and organizational blueprints.

  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational HR support tailored to successfully manage unique workflows that fall outside the standard scope of the centralized People Services team. Support the design and maintenance of policies and people-related processes within your designated teams, including succession planning and KPI modelling.

  • Cross-Market Relationship Management: Act as a regional bridge by building and nurturing strong collaborative relationships across all operating markets. Understand their localized ways of working, secure cross-border support, and drive regional process alignment.

  • Leadership Coaching & Advocacy: Coach and guide managers on Org Design, Talent Reviews, succession planning, and change management efforts during re-organizations.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage people analytics and workforce data to identify trends, mitigate attrition, improve eNPS, and deliver optimization insights back to business leaders and COE partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of total HR or HR Consultancy experience, with at least 5+ years operating as a dedicated People Partner demonstrating strong business acumen and an ability to integrate People and business strategies.

  • A structured, systematic mindset: Proven ability to manage complex timelines and translate ambiguous project briefs into orderly, operational workflows (direct PM certification is not required, but a strong Project Management thought process is essential).

  • Matrix Experience: Proficient in navigating global or highly matrixed organizations, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders across diverse geographical regions.

  • Data Literacy: Data analytics knowledge and capabilities focused explicitly on workforce planning and people metrics.

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence, advise, and align senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.

  • HR Generalist Expertise: Profound end-to-end knowledge across core HR functions, including reward & recognition, career architecture, performance governance, talent management, and change management.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or an equivalent field.

Nice to Have

  • Regional Exposure: Direct experience working across Southeast Asian or APAC markets, managing diverse cultural nuances.
