Role Responsibilities:

The Growth Marketing & Campaign Leader will be the main point of contact for portfolio management to plan, articulate, and generate 360 campaigns. Translating customer needs from corridor specific needs to Growth Marketing and Customer success leaders for proper execution.

You will:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy & action plan aligned to the company’s goals and objectives
  • Develop and own end to end marketing strategy, identifying key levers across channels to scale customer acquisition, engagement and conversion
  • Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels in alignment to deliver business outcomes
  • Lead paid media efforts across platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic etc.) optimizing for ROI and CAC.
  • Design and optimize lifecycle journeys using own channels to improve engagement and reduce churning.
  • Championing a test and learn approach using A/B testing, cohort analysis and funnel metrics to improve campaign performance and user experience
  • Drive marketing efficiency through deep analysis of unit economics, understanding market dynamics, customer behavior and growth levers to influence strategic and tactical decisions
  • Cross functional collaboration is a must working with various functions – analytics, product experience, sales etc. to drive seamless alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage non-corridor-specific campaigns and results.
  • Build and manage a high performing team of marketers. Provide mentorship, structure and support for continuous learning and innovation

Role Requirements: 

To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in digital marketing within Southeast Asia.

  • 8- 10+ years proven track record in omni channel or digital marketing with demonstrated experience of leading, developing and motivating teams in payments, e-commerce and relevant financial industries
  • You will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of complex businesses within financial services/payments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline. 
  • Knowledgeable in Power Bi, Tableau and other dashboard tools are highly preferred
  • Commercial acumen preferred
