What you’ll do

The Global Creative Ops, Senior Manager is a crucial role within the Brand Studio, responsible for the global oversight and coordination of all creative marketing projects. This highly organised and proactive individual will manage the resource allocation and implementation across the entire creative workflow, from project initiation through final delivery, across digital, social media, and traditional channels.

Collaborating with global marketing teams as well as external agency partners, the Global Creative Ops Senior Manager will identify and resolve process bottlenecks and resource issues, and develop long-term strategies to build creative capabilities. A solution-focused mindset is essential for ensuring efficient creative operations.

This role can be based in Singapore, or London.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the creative workflow: Manage and optimise the intake, scheduling, and trafficking of all creative requests, ensuring projects move seamlessly through concept, design, review, and approval stages.

  • Prioritise and allocate resources: Strategically evaluate project priorities to ensure optimal utilisation of creative assets (designers, copywriters, external vendors) and timely task completion. Work closely with the Marketing Producer to align resourcing with campaign needs, effectively prioritising and allocating resources. Purposefully develop creative resources with new relevant functions as well as AI tooling as the team expands.

  • Maintain and adjust all creative project timelines: Develop and meticulously manage timelines, deadlines, and approval cycles, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks or delays. This includes responsibility for revising and adapting timelines when projects are cancelled or reprioritized to reflect the impact on related schedules.

  • Facilitate communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal creative team coordination, managing task prioritization and bandwidth.

  • Using insights and data from internal creative workflows, agency processes and resource allocation, to conduct cost-benefit analysis and proactively suggest areas for improvement and optimisation, and where appropriate building a business case for scaling creative capabilities to meet the needs of global marketing teams.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in a creative ops management, project management, or production role within an in-house creative team or agency setting.

  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume creative workflows and juggling multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Advanced proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).

  • A strong passion for visual design, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the creative production process.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Figma or similar design collaboration tools is a significant plus.
