We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our ADTS key strategic programs in technology, new product introduction, and cost management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our company remains competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives in technology and new product introduction.
• Manage cost optimization programs to enhance competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic management and leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience in technology and new product introduction is a plus.
