This role sits within the Bancassurance department, partnering closely with bank stakeholders to drive growth in the HNW/UHNW segment through tailored life insurance solutions. It contributes to our mission by strengthening strategic bank partnerships, enhancing customer value, and delivering best-in-class insurance propositions that support clients’ long-term financial security.

The opportunity offers strong exposure to the intersection of private banking and insurance, allowing you to influence distribution strategies, product development, and client engagement across the value chain. You will build deep commercial and stakeholder management capabilities while playing a pivotal role in expanding our franchise and achieving sustainable business growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • To implement distribution strategies for HNW Life Insurance to meet/exceed the objectives of the Bancassurance Channel and our partner bank.

  • To cultivate supportive relationships with bank partners

  • Explore business opportunities with the franchise, execution of new business propositions

  • Contribute to product & process development

  • Training & event management

  • Support segment in their needs, pre and post sales

  • To understand external needs & internal constraints to negotiate a win-win scenario

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree with at least 10 years of proven experience with successful track records

  • Prior Bancassurance experience or HNW insurance preferred

  • CMFAS certification Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A & HI (Mandatory)

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills; with a high degree of tact.

  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentation decks.

  • Ability to forge collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders within Manulife.
