About the OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist with deep expertise in DEX and Memecoins. This role will be responsible for developing and executing overall DEX operational strategies, optimizing user experience, and driving business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing- Experienced On-chain Trader – Proficient in major DEX trading tools and passionate about discovering Alpha opportunities on-chain.
- Stay ahead of the Memecoin market – Track industry trends and execute DEX operational strategies, including market promotions, product optimization, and trading incentives.
- Strong market sense and trend-spotting ability – Skilled in industry research, trend analysis, and content creation, with excellent marketing acumen.
- Content creation expertise – Ability to craft high-quality marketing materials to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.
- Project management and execution – Strong ability to drive initiatives and ensure high-quality execution of operational plans.
- Language Skills: English as a working language; bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a plus.
- DEX Expertise: Deep understanding of DEX operations, industry trends, market analysis, and marketing strategies.
- Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in marketing, operations, and DEX (especially MEME trading).
- Cross-team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, BD, and marketing teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Memecoin project operations – Prior experience in launching or managing Memecoin-related projects is a plus.
- Community & KOL Resources – Having relevant connections to quickly boost project visibility is preferred.
