Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. Monitor the implementation of business development plans and provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Channel Expansion & Innovation: Proactively explore and expand distribution channels to increase the number of productive institutional partners. In response to the post-eMPF market shift from corporate to member focus, identify and develop collaborations with new partners and innovative business models beyond the traditional broker channel.
  • Market Intelligence & Product Competitiveness: Gather and analyze market intelligence to provide timely insights and actionable recommendations for product and service enhancements. Ensure Sun Life MPF offerings remain highly competitive by enabling responsive, data-driven decisions to market changes.
  • Team Leadership & Oversight: Perform as a sub-team leader, overseeing daily business activities and mentoring team members. Act as Deputy Team Head, providing coverage and decision-making support in the Team Head's absence.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic ad-hoc projects as assigned, driving initiatives from conception to completion.
     

Preferred Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the MPF landscape, including regulations, products, and evolving market trends.
  • Proven track record in distribution channel management, development, and strategic partnership building.
  • Strong understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviors, particularly in the financial services or retirement planning sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and advisory skills with the ability to counsel clients on MPF matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a results-oriented environment with a strong sales acumen.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a talent for building sustainable partnerships with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the creativity and analytical ability to develop innovative solutions that optimize business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in business discipline
  • At least 8 year relevant experience with 2-3 years in managerial role
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills including ppt, Words and Excel
